Addendum to General Rules and Regulations for Campsite B: Rent-A-Tent and Glamping Users

These rules and regulations serve as an addendum to the general rules and regulations outlined on our website https://www.rampageopenair.eu/internal-regulations. They speci cally apply to Rent-A-Tent and Glamping users at Campsite B.

1. Check-in and Tent Allocation

Upon arrival, each visitor must check in at the upgrade reception with a valid Rent-A-Tent or Glamping ticket. The visitor will be assigned a tent, possibly including mattresses, on loan. These items and all their components remain the property of the Rampage Open Air organization at all times and must be returned in full and undamaged at the end of the stay.

2. Deposit

A deposit is required per tent for the borrowed items:
- €50 per ticket for the use of a Rent-A-Tent accommodation and for the use of a Queen, Who or Elvis accommodation (Glamping).

This deposit must be paid by card and will be registered in the name of the user.

3. General Rules

Upon check-in, the user will receive a card with the tent number, a map, a copy of these regulations, and a garbage bag for collecting personal waste.
It is not allowed to swap or lend the tent to other visitors without explicit and written consent from the organization. Failure to respect this rule will result in the immediate forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Upon taking possession of the tent, the user must check the borrowed materials for damage. If there is any damage or defects, the user must immediately report this to the reception. Failure to report damage and defects in time may result in partial or full withholding of the deposit.
Full garbage bags must be handed in at the reception. In exchange, the user will receive a new empty bag. Failure to return the garbage bags may result in partial withholding of the deposit.
It is forbidden to play amplied music between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM across the entire Campsite B. Silence must be maintained between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Violation of this rule may result in the user being asked to leave the campsite with immediate forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Access to the Glamping zone is reserved for persons with a Glamping wristband, provided at check-in. It is not allowed to bring visitors without a Glamping wristband into the Glamping area.
